• What is the standard lead time?
  Standard production time is 4–6 weeks. For urgent launches or fixed deadlines (e.g. market premieres), we offer individually agreed express production schedules.
• Can I receive a quality sample?
  Yes. We understand that quality is critical in B2B projects. We provide free sample boxes so you can verify board stiffness (Blue Board 1.75 mm) and print quality.
• How should print files be prepared?
  After project confirmation, we provide precise cutting die layouts (die-lines) in PDF / AI format. Our prepress team supports file verification, bleed setup, and resolution control.
• Do you handle pallet shipments?
  Yes. Products are packed on wooden pallets (included in the price). We also organize international transport.
